Well Inspection

Service Description

Need your well inspected? Our staff will inspect the well and its components, including the pump, casing, storage tank, cap, and vents, as well as any seals, gaskets, screens, and overflows. Customers can request during inspection, to perform a well flow test. Our team will run water for about an hour from an external hose bib. During this time, the well's flow rate (gallons per minute) and pressure will be checked for any unexpected fluctuations or irregularities that could signal a problem with the well, pump, or other related equipment. For an additional charge, we inspect your well casing with our borehole camera. Borehole cameras are advanced, extremely robust video devices that are engineered specifically to face severe mechanical, chemical challenges of wellbore inspections. While Minnix Water Systems conducts thorough well inspections, we have never included water quality testing as part of our standard inspection package. Our well inspection is focused entirely on the physical structure and functional components of the well system. For water quality testing, we consistently recommend that our customers utilize a certified independent laboratory or their local health department.
