Service Description

If the Minnix encounters rock or subsurface conditions that cannot be bored through with their equipment, the Customer agrees that a specialized subcontractor may be needed to continue. Minnix will oversee the subcontractor’s work but will not be responsible for how well the subcontractor performs, any delays, the quality of work, or costs. All agreements, responsibilities, warranties, and payments related to the subcontractor are strictly between the Customer and the subcontractor, separate from this Agreement.
